Volunteers will support habitat restoration of popular day use areas and trails by removing non-native vegetation. We will focus on removing Ice plant (Carpobrotus edulis), and Himalayan Blackberry (Rubus armeniacus). Hand tools such as hori horis, pulaskis, hand clippers, and loppers will be used to remove the weeds. Ages 8 and older welcome (minors must be accompanied by an adult and bring a signed waiver).
