Join Eat for the Earth for a plant-based potluck and a stimulating presentation by UCSC professor Alexie Leauthaud about university based programs that have been effective in helping people to grow more vegetables and to boost ultra local food production..She’ll also share videos with you about how to install your own rain tank and to build a rat proof composting system. She’ll wrap up by talking more broadly about how much food could theoretically be produced locally in Santa Cruz. More info HERE.
