Eat For The Earth: Your Trillions of Microbial Partners in Action, Feb 10, 6 – 8:30 pm

Join Eat for the Earth as we learn about the human microbiome, its role in health, and how to best steward it from Food for Life instructor Sandi Rechenmacher. we "hike" our intestinal terrain, "meet" our microbes, understand how and what makes them tick and us "tock" as a result, and share a tasty microbe-friendly dish. The more we know about our microbes, the better stewards of our shared community (our whole body system) we can be. After the presentation, Sandi will demonstrate a delicious healthy dish and provide samples. No meal will be served; you are welcome to bring your own dinner and eat during the class. Santa Cruz Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1024 Cayuga Street, Sundean Hall. Register HERE.
