Watsonville Wetlands Watch: World Wetlands Day 2026, Feb 7, 9 am - 1pm

We hope that you will join us for our World Wetlands Day celebration at Struve Slough. We will work together on the continued restoration of Middle Struve Slough, where the ponds we created are filled with winter rains and hosting an increasing variety of wildlife, including overwintering migrant birds. We will also celebrate the wetlands, and the beauty and enjoyment they bring to our lives, with music, fun activities, and lunch at Hope Park. Meet us near the butterfly statue below the Watsonville Square (Nob Hill) shopping center lower parking lot (1912 Main St.)
