Center For Biological Diversity: Injunction Stops Border Construction in Big Bend Region

Oct 2 - Today a federal judge granted our request for an emergency injunction, stopping destructive border construction across the Big Bend region while our lawsuit moves forward. The bulldozers have been stopped.
